ABOUT ME

I'm a marketing executive with twenty years of experience on both sides of the table — agency and client — which means I understand what great creative strategy looks like and what it actually takes to execute it inside an organization.


My career started at Wieden+Kennedy, where I learned what world-class brand thinking looks like from the inside. I spent seven years after that at Swift Agency leading campaigns for Gatorade, Adidas, Starbucks, YouTube Music, and Target, building the agency's account management department from scratch and developing a real obsession with the question of why some brands earn a permanent place in people's lives while others just run ads.
For the past several years I've been applying that thinking as a client-side marketing leader, most recently as Head of Marketing at Dick Hannah Dealerships, where I built a 12-person internal creative agency from the ground up, launched a Customer Data Platform integrating 800,000+ customer profiles, activated a multi-year MLS sponsorship with the Portland Timbers, and directed campaigns including Love on the Lot, an original branded content series that earned significant organic reach without paid amplification.


I'm based in Portland, Oregon. I hold an MBA from the University of Oregon.
